The flight took off late, which really stressed me out for 5 hours worrying about my connection. We started boarding late... not sure why. There was a long line for preboard of folks that needed assistance or were in wheelchairs and not enough attendants to help. There was one lady who seemed to hold up regular boarding bc she needed to consolidate her 3 bags into 2. I'm wondering why we all had to wait for her and not board around her. Crew on board was great! So funny, so helpful and very nice. They reassured me my connecting flight would wait... and it dead. Seems it was waiting on several connecting flights, so it took off late too. Overall a very long trip but I'm glad I didn't have to spend the night in the Baltimore airport. And why are SW terminals so far from each other. I had to haul from the end of one terminal to the end of different terminal to catch my flight.

With early bird check in, I might start flying southwest again.

Southwest is going downhill. I'm more apt to fly other airlines now. And I'd appreciate it if your gate agents didn't invent non-existent laws. If Southwest is having issues getting flight crews, you need to go out of your way to accommodate passengers instead of saying it's weather related and not in your hands. We can all see the other carriers are getting their planes off the ground and to/from the cities/regions you claim are weather-impacted.

Landing was kinda fast and my ears were plugged for days after.

Best domestic airline in the USA. Excellent fares and two bags included with every fare (only carrier to do so).

Paid for early bird. Basically paid for nothing. Would have been in the same spot regardless since the entire plane family preboarded between A and B. If they can’t give you A they should be required to refund the early bird fee. Also I don’t know what the issue is with the flight attendants but their attitudes need to change.

Southwest is always good and effective. Would be nice if they raised the pre-boarding age a couple years. Would hate to have our 7 year old daughter sit by a complete stranger because of a goitch when i check in and get a late boarding number.

The crew was fabulous, outstanding, friendly, attentive and just great, really made my flight one of the best I've ever had, thank you southwest crew flight #474, from Los Angeles to San Francisco on April 2,2024

Awful. Flight was continuously getting delayed and gates kept changing without any reason. Flight was delayed for more then 3 hours

They were an hour late and they didn’t have my wheelchair for me

5-hour delay due to storms in Tanoa and airspace restricted by Miami traffic controllers.

Everything went smoothly. I didn’t like that when I booked in the main cabin my wife and I weren’t seated together. One would think when booking on an option that allows picking your seat. They would put you and your travel partner together. Had to call to get it sorted. They did fix.

Very frustrated with boarding gate crew. She announced the plane was small and they would be limiting us to one item to carry on. Not a problem for me as I understand the tiny planes have limited space!! Not the case here! It was a rather large plane and had plenty of room for bags! So because I don’t want to be one of “those people” who ignores the request to check a carry on I did so asking if I would be able to pick it up at the bottom of the ramp on arrival in Knoxville to which she responded “yes”! Then I watched as every other passenger held onto their 2 items and boarded!! Then when we arrived in Knoxville our 2 carry ons had been put with all the other luggage and we had to go to baggage pick up and wait for all the big checked bags to come off the carousel! So she lied!! Frustrating. Next time I won’t be so nice!

Checking in at the airport the agent only booked the first keg of my trip and had my checked luggage going to the airport with a layover! Never was issued a boarding pass for the second leg or received sticker fir my checked bag. All was well in the end! Delta agents helped to resolve the situation!!!

I would fly again the whole experience was great. The only feed back I can give that they don't do that American Airlines does is the crew there is more humorous with boarding and thank their passengers. It makes it more fun to fly with them. I would however fly Delta again.

Made the Atlanta to Pittsburgh trip many times, with Delta no issues

I'm a larger, athletic guy (6'2", 260lbs powerlifter) and I found the seats incredibly uncomfortable with minimal leg room, especially in a window seat. Now, I full understand that being smaller may change my view but even if I was 80lbs less, my legs would be the same size and I was sandwiched between my seat and the seat in front of me.

Overall fine but both ways for this trip was delayed.

Run out of snack choices. Why are the seats not padded for your butt? Are we sitting on blocks of wood or metal for $250-300 a pop? This ain’t spirit. Let’s get it together people

Going through JFK’s security is a mess. The TSA security said no shoes on the bins. So, we place our shoes in the belt and they came out all over the belt. Boarding was delayed and Flight as well.

Safe and on time were the positives. The plane wasn't cleaned before boarding, there was garbage and food on the floor and in the seat pocket. The TV screen was small and the picture fuzzy, audio quality was poor. Seatbelt was fraying and seat did not recline properly. No charging ports near the seats,

Terrible. Flight was cancelled due to the weather in the east and sout east(florida). Did not get any compesation of any kind. According to them, it was not under their control so I lost all the money paid for the 2 fairs from Raleigh, NC to Orlando, Fl.

There were multiple delays but JetBlue tried to make the boarding and departure process as quick and efficient as possible. The crew was as detached from reality as could be, meaning: not very friendly and just doing things by the numbers.

I had back trouble prior to my flight and everyone was great about helping me.

40 minute delay before take off after boarding flight. Bright lights throughout night flight due Issues with light panels. In flight Entertainment nonfunctional

Another horrible Jet Blue experience. This airline has suffered the biggest decline of all from best to worst. TVs didn’t work (again). internet was temperamental. Boarded late and couldn’t get organized to serve snacks.

I was shocked flying to El Salvador that they only give you water. Everything else you have to pay for. There is no wifi or entertainment and it’s an international flight. At least back in the day they had tvs on the plane and everyone watched the same movie. Also seats do not recline, even comfort or plus.

I did not like anything, first time I use company and for sure it will be the last time, they charge for simple operations that any other average airline wouldn't charge.

The good thing is the flight was on time and the crew was really nice. They can work better the arriving with staff

The inflight entertainment did not work on a 6 hour flight The cel phone chargers did not work There was a 45 minute wait for the luggage to get off the plane.

Seat space was terrible no food on a six hour flight

This is the Spirit of Latino travel. And don’t even get me started on customer service.

There is no food. There is no in-inflight entertainment. The seats are cardboard. The airline is a living hellscape.

They could offer free food and drink like other international flights.

Horrible airline, upgraded to sit on seats made of stone. Staff were rude and on top of it they charge an arm and a leg for luggage 🧳 never again

The seats are the worst I upgraded to premium big mistake and it seems like no one likes there job very unpleasant
